1. Strategy Of Diligence

This remains one of the most powerful success strategies in life and business. It is not just hard work; it is consistent, focused, and faithful effort that attracts both divine favour and human recognition. The Bible puts it clearly:

“Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.”
(Proverbs 22:29 KJV)

“Do you see any truly competent workers? They will serve kings rather than working for ordinary people.”
(Proverbs 22:29 NLT)

When a person commits wholeheartedly to their work, refusing carelessness, laziness, or excuses, greatness becomes inevitable. God Himself takes delight in the diligent. That small business, when handled with faithfulness and excellence, carries the potential to become a multinational enterprise. Diligence turns ordinary efforts into extraordinary results.

“The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.”
(Proverbs 12:24 KJV)

“Work hard and become a leader; be lazy and become a slave.”
(Proverbs 12:24 NLT)

Leadership, success, and influence naturally flow toward those who embrace diligence. On the other hand, laziness leads to dependence and lack.

“He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.”
(Proverbs 10:4 KJV)

“Lazy people are soon poor; hard workers get rich.”
(Proverbs 10:4 NLT)

God’s Word makes it clear: wealth and progress are not accidental; they are often the harvest of diligence. One simple way to measure diligence is by time management. When do you arrive at work or begin your business day? Do you arrive on time, before time, or after time? Lateness is not diligence. The diligent person is punctual, proactive, and prepared. Make promptness and excellence your daily habits. Be faithful in little things. Give your best effort in every task, no matter how small. As you remain diligent, you’ll soon find that your work begins to attract kings, opportunities, and divine increase.

2. Strategy of Charity

Being involved in charity constantly opens your business up for divine visitation. Even when unbelievers adopt this principle, they prosper in it. Social responsibility is not just a corporate strategy; it’s a Godly principle that works for anyone or any organisation that practices it sincerely. In Scripture, we see powerful examples of men who combined business success with compassion.

Job was not only a wealthy businessman; he was also the eyes of the blind, a father to the fatherless, and a helper to widows. His secret wasn’t only in management but in generosity and service.

“For I assisted the poor in their need and the orphans who required help. I helped those without hope, and they blessed me. And I caused the widows’ hearts to sing for joy. I served as eyes for the blind and feet for the lame. I was a father to the poor and assisted strangers who needed help.”
(Job 29:12–13, 15–16 NLT)

Likewise, Abraham lived a life of generosity. He welcomed and cared for strangers, demonstrating that a liberal soul is a prosperous one.

“The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.”
(Proverbs 11:25)

If businesses and organisations embrace the principle of charity and giving, they position themselves for an increase beyond imagination. Imagine if:

  • Every taxi driver carried one passenger for free each week;
  • Every doctor treated one patient without charge.
  • Every business sets aside a percentage of profits for widows, orphans, or the homeless.

Such consistent acts of compassion open supernatural doors of growth. Giving activates abundance either for individuals, organisations, and nations.

3. Strategy Of Business or Organisational Tithes

Just as individuals tithe, organisations can too. Many forget that business tithe is distinct from personal tithe. It is 10% of the profit that belongs to God. It’s a covenant act of worship and trust.

“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. If you do,” says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies, “I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won’t have enough room to take it in! Try it! Put me to the test!”
(Malachi 3:10 NLT)

Even Abraham, returning from battle, offered a tenth of his spoils, which were his business proceeds to Melchizedek.

“Then Abraham took a tenth of all he had captured in battle and gave it to Melchizedek. The name Melchizedek means ‘king of justice,’ and king of Salem means ‘king of peace.’”
(Hebrews 7:2 NLT)

When businesses honour God this way, doors of divine ideas, protection from losses, and global influence begin to open.

Final Thought

Don’t just jump into any business because others are doing it. Seek God’s will concerning your life, purpose, and enterprise. Challenges will surely come, but with faith and obedience, you will overcome.

  • Stand on God’s promises.
  • Be faithful in giving.
  • Stay committed to your calling.

As you apply these divine strategies, your business will flourish beyond limits in Jesus’ name.
